Super clean, great location near Hoan Kiem Lake and in the Old Quarter. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast choices. Very well trained staff.

The breakfast offers a tasty selection, and the bellman was very helpful with my luggage. the hotel is located in a great spot close to many local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the room had a fresh scent and was clean, which was appreciated during my business trip.

The service was quite poor. During check-in, they kept my passport, which made me uncomfortable as I like to have it on me at all times.

The hotel’s location is great for tourists as it is situated nearby the Opera House and a busy highway. It is also very near to the attractive Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms are functional and kept spotless with modern features like a walk-in shower and comfortable pillows and blankets. Guests can enjoy delicious meals at the hotel’s restaurant and even have access to free transportation to and from the indoor pool and gym. the hotel also offers deals for Ha Long cruises as a bonus.

Some guests complained about confusion between room types and issues with the cleanliness of the sofa and bed.

Great location right in the heart of the city, near Hoan Kiem lake and the Opera House. Breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of both western and local foods. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-decorated with all the amenities we needed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right on a busy avenue with easy access to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even provided room service and airport shuttle services, which made our stay even more convenient. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also a great plus. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the friendly bell boy that greeted me upon arrival and helped me with all my details. The room was clean and had a nice large TV and basic amenities. the hotel had a great location that allowed me to easily explore the area.

While the room was clean, it was lacking in certain areas. The pillows and blanket were a bit too soft and I needed more support.
